Instructions:
1. Select either the fill out form (most popular) or one of the grade checklists.
2. Print out the form and fill it out.
3. Use the pay link below. The cost is $25 per student form.
4. Scan and email the form to trishach@gmail.com or contact me for a mailing address.
5. After form and payment are received, your form will be reviewed and the write up verifying your student's progress, etc will be sent back to you within a week.

Homeschooling does lead to graduated students!
